摘要 PURPOSE: A heat exchanger structure for air conditioner is provided to achieve a maximized heat exchange efficiency during operation of air conditioner by forming turbulent flow of air passing through fins of air conditioner, expanding surface area of fin and changing the inner diameter of the copper pipe. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger structure comprises a copper pipe(10) through which refrigerant flows, and which forms one or more columns connected to each other; and a mesh type fin(20) formed around the copper pipe. The mesh type fin is attached between copper pipes, in such a manner that one or more mesh surfaces are stacked into layers for a single column of copper pipes so as to improve conduction of the refrigerant flowing through copper pipes. The mesh type fin is positioned in a manner that the surface of the mesh type fin faces the air blow direction of a fan(30), thus allowing the air caused by the fan to flow, sufficiently contacting the gap between mesh type fins. A further improved heat exchange efficiency is obtained when a predetermined gap is arranged between columns of copper pipes.
