PURPOSE: A chassis frame mounting structure has a reinforcing member copping with external impact. CONSTITUTION: A "U"-shaped reinforcing member(64) is fixed by a bolt between a center floor side member(58) and a reinforce installed right under a center floor(50) to transmit external impact to the center floor side member(58), the "U"-shaped reinforcing member(64) and the reinforce simultaneously to disperse force. A "U"-shaped pipe is installed inside the "U"-shaped reinforcing member(64) to reinforce the "U"-shaped reinforcing member(64). The center floor(50), the side part of the center floor side member(58), the side part of the reinforce and the "U"-shaped reinforcing member(64) are layered in order.
