AROMATIC POLYSULFONE RESIN COMPOSITION AND ITS MOLDED PRODUCTS

PURPOSE: An aromatic polysulfone resin composition and the molded products prepared by using the composition are provided, to improve the flowability without deterioration of the mechanical properties and the heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: The aromatic polysulfone resin composition 100 parts by weight of an aromatic polysulfone resin whose melt viscosity is less than 500 Pa·s at a temperature of 340 deg.C and at a shear velocity of 1,000 per sec; 5-50 parts by weight of a liquid crystal polyester resin which has a flow temperature of 250-320 deg.C showing a melt viscosity of 4,800 Pa·s when the resin heated at a raising temperature of 4 deg.C/min under the load of 100 k/cm¬2 is extruded by using a capillary rheometer equipped with a nozzle with an inner diameter of 1 mm and a length of 10 mm; optionally 0.5-30 parts by weight of a fluorine resin. Preferably the aromatic polysulfone resin contains the unit of the formula(1); and optionally 5-100 parts by weight of an inorganic filler.
