RUBBER COMPOSITION, HOSE WITH LOW FUEL PERMEATION AND CONDUCTIVE HOSE WITH LOW FUEL PERMEATION

PURPOSE: A rubber composition, a hose with low fuel permeation, and a conductive hose with a low fuel permeation are provided, to improve the flexibility in a low temperature, thereby reducing the extraction of a curing agent or a reaction product into a fuel. CONSTITUTION: The rubber composition for the hose with a low fuel permeation comprises NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) whose acrylonitrile content is 43-50 wt%; poly(vinyl chloride) which is blended with the NBR; and a plasticizer which is blended with the blend of NBR and PVC and has a solubility parameter greater than 8.8 and a molecular weight less than 550. The rubber composition for the conductive hose with a low fuel permeation comprises NBR whose acrylonitrile content is 43-50 wt%; poly(vinyl chloride) which is blended with the NBR; a plasticizer which is blended with the blend of NBR and PVC and has a solubility parameter greater than 8.8 and a molecular weight less than 550; and carbon black for lowering the volume intrinsic resistance of the blend to be 10 Ω·cm or less.
