The invention relates to a hearing aid for introducing into the outer ear channel, especially the intra-auricular support for the electronic elements of the sound emission device. The hearing aid is of the type that consists of a malleable mass (30)of resin which is polymerisable when subjected to particular conditions of exposure, and comprises a housing (31) whose shape is retained by rigid elements inside said mass (30) and which is configured for receiving an element (4) for activating the polymerisation and/or for guiding, and after polymerisation, the electronic sound emission devices. The inventive hearing aid also comprises means (7) for positioning and orienting said housing (31) in a controlled manner in relation to the tympan.
