The trolley for a golf bag has a connection between the handle and trolley formed by a shaft (31) with two couplings (342a,b) fixed to the chassis. The couplings have inter-engaging toothed plates (321a,b) which are pushed together to lock the handle in place with respect to the chassis. A locking lever (36) drives the plates together. The lever has a pivot (35) screwed to the shaft and an arm (36) pivoted on the pivot with a cam surface (367,368) which exerts a force on the toothed plates when the lever is pivoted.
