PURPOSE: A method for joining fan case is provided which produces the fan case by one welding of two semi-finished goods and provides the fan case product keeping perfect airtightness with less manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) inserting a semi-finished goods(3) into the lower part copper alloy plate(2) having a semi-finished goods inner insertion part(1); (ii) positioning a semi-finished goods(5) having many projections(4) and the upper part copper alloy plate(6) on top of the semi-finished goods(3) in sequence; and (iii) applying an instant excess current between the copper alloy plates(2)(6) to melt the projections and join two semi-finished goods(3)(5) together at one time.
