PURPOSE: An EEGR(Electric Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve is provided to operate by a linear motor duty-controlled by an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) for performing feedback and self diagnosing functions simultaneously and to control flow precisely with simplified structure. CONSTITUTION: An EEGR valve comprises: an opening element opening a valve; a sensor(16) outputting an electrical signal corresponding to the moving displacement of the opening element; a transfer element transferring the opening element by generating propulsive force in the moving direction of the corresponding opening element using the electromagnetic induction; and a controller deciding the moving displacement of the opening element on the basis of an output signal of the sensor and outputting a control signal controlling the motion of the opening element to the transfer element according to the results of the decision and outer conditions. In correspondence with the EEGR valve, an electromotive transfer instrument like a lead screw in the use of a rotary motor is omitted. Thereby, assembly is easy and structure is simplified with lowered production costs while eliminating the loss by lead screws for enabling the high-efficiency operation of the EEGR valve.
