PURPOSE: A washable floor of a building is provided which has an easy assembling property and is capable of being cleaned. CONSTITUTION: A floor of a building is constituted by arranging many floor panels(2) parallely with each other so as to form an entire surface of the building. The floor comprises an opening part formed between the floor surfaces of one floor panel and the other adjacent floor panel and a gutter part(80) located under the opening part and receiving the liquid dripping from the opening part. The gutter part(80) is formed integrally with one floor panel, and communicates with a drain pipe for draining the liquid in the gutter part(80) to the outside. The gutter part comprises a top plate portion(81) equipped with a conduit tube(84) which a channel(85) is formed on the inner side thereof, the leg portion(82) formed at two edge of the top plate portion. The channel is connected to a pair of sprinkling hole(86) which is axially formed against the gutter part and which is linearly extending to the surface of the top plate portion from the top of the conduit.
