PURPOSE: A method for automatically allocating speech channels of a mobile communication system is provided to register an originating call, if a speech channel does not exist when an originating user attempts speech, and to inform the allocation of a speech channel to an MS(Mobile Station). CONSTITUTION: An MTSO(Mobile Telephony Switching Office) extracts the number of waiting persons, for guiding information to an originating MS(Mobile Station)(S31). Whether the registration in a queue is confirmed to an originating MS subscriber(S32). If so, subscriber information is stored in a queue of an HLR(Home Location Register)(S33). The originating MS subscriber is remained in a ready state, until a channel becomes vacant(S34). If a serving BTS(Base station Transceiver Subsystem) secures a margin channel(S35), the MTSO confirms the queue of the HLR(S36) and informs the allocation of a channel to the originating MS subscriber(S37). And the originating MS subscriber is deleted in the queue(S38).
