The transport vehicle has a wheel (1) on whose hub (1b) is mounted a frame (2). The frame has a support arms (7,8) able to be manually lifted or coupled to a vehicle. There is a balancing pole (3) fitted with beams (4,5) articulated around a spindle (6) on the frame. The beam opposite ends retain grips (16) of a container (17) containing the load.
