摘要 PURPOSE: A bottom electrode structure of an electrical arc furnace is provided, which comprises an impurity guiding unit to remove a short-circuit problem and a cost by guiding the impurity from the electrical arc furnace without contacting with a bottom electrode, and reduces an overall cost by prolong a lifetime of the electrical arc furnace. CONSTITUTION: An electrical arc furnace comprises a vessel(10) using a bottom electrode(114), and has a bottom hole(28) closed by a bottom lid(16) attached by a fixing tool(26). The bottom lid has a number of penetration holes(20) to accommodate the bottom electrode. Each bottom electrode has an installation unit(122) installed on the bottom lid by a bolt(24) to make the bottom electrode prolong into the vessel. Each bottom electrode comprises a long electrode body and the installation unit comprises a circular flange formed on the bottom of the electrode body where a coolant circulation path is formed.
