PURPOSE: A tire vulcanizer is provided to improve productivity and quality while shortening a cycle time of vulcanizing the tire. CONSTITUTION: A green tire(6) is pre-heated and shaped outside a tire vulcanizing press(4) with the use of a bladder mechanism(2) and the vulcanizing press(4), and a whole tire(7) subjected to pre-heating, etc., by the press(4) is vulcanization-molded. In this way, a time to restrict a tire by the press(4) is curtailed, and the cycle time of the vulcanization molding of a tire is shortened to improve productivity.
