PURPOSE: To suppress the degradation of the error characteristics of a demodulation signal by executing demodulating processing corresponding to a main cause controlling the quality of the demodulated signal to a received signal. CONSTITUTION: A control signal indicating that either a signal from a synchronization detecting part 107 or a signal from a delay detecting part 108 is to be outputted as a modulation signal is inputted from a timing generating part 110 to a selecting part 109. To put it more concretely, when the communication speed of one packet is sufficiently higher than a line variation speed, a timing generating part 110 outputs a control signal indicating that the signal from the part 107 is to be demodulated and outputted. When the communication speed of one packet is lower than the line variation speed, on the contrary, the part 110 outputs a control signal indicating that the signal from the part 108 is to be demodulated and outputted. Thus, the part 109 outputs either a signal from the part 107 or a signal from the part 108 as a modulation signal. |
