METHOD FOR PREPARING PSEUDO BIPOLAR POLE PLATE OF LEAD AICD BATTERY BY USING EXPANDED BASE PLATE

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a pseudo polar pole plate of a lead acid battery by using an expanded base plate is provided which rapidly mass-produces the pseudo polar pole plate of a lead acid battery. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) preparing a pseudo polar pole plate of a lead acid battery by coating one side of an expanded pole plate with an anode active material and by coating the other side of the expanded pole plate with a cathode active material; (ii) maturing the pseudo polar pole plate of the lead acid battery; and (iii) performing a formation of the pseudo polar pole plate of the lead acid battery in each formation cell.
