摘要 PURPOSE: A method for improving skin absorptivity by collecting aqueous active substances such as L-ascorbic acid inside the pores of hydrophobic porous micro beads, cosmetics containing aqueous active substances prepared by the method as an effective component or a skin external composition are provided. Therefore, aqueous active substances having low affinity with a horny layer can be absorbed into the skin through hydrophobic porous micro beads at low concentration. Also the composition has almost no irritation on the skin. CONSTITUTION: In a method for collecting aqueous active substances inside the pores of hydrophobic porous micro beads to improve skin absorptivity of aqueous active substances, the aqueous active substances is dissolved in a solvent comprising water and ethanol, and porous micro beads and a solution of the aqueous active substances are brought into contact physically, wherein a content of ethanol to water is 5 to 95% by weight. The volume of the pores of porous micro beads is 0.1 to 50 cc/g.
