PURPOSE: An infrared scanner device is provided to maintain stable a scanner mirror vibrating at a certain frequency within a preset range of angles regardless vibrations in the direction of the perimeter. CONSTITUTION: In the infrared scanner device, current given to the coil inside a motor(7) forms a magnetic line of force. According to the polarity of the magnetic line of force and the polarity of a magnet(9) built in a shaft(5), an attractive force or a repulsive force is generated. And the generated force turns the motor in one direction. And when the supply of the current stops, the magnetic line of force formed disappears. The shaft(5) turned by a certain angle becomes free and a restoring force is given to return the shaft(5) to the original position by a pivot(11).
