PURPOSE: A device for searching supersonic image is provided to search a fair amount of the supersonic images stored in advance efficiently and to search the supersonic images by being connected to the network of a web server. CONSTITUTION: The device for searching supersonic image includes an image input portion(11), a pre-managing portion(12), an image converting portion(13), a characteristics detecting portion(14), a key word input portion(15), a control portion(16), a database portion(17), a similarity calculating portion(18) and a display portion(19). The supersonic image is input to the image input portion(11). The pre-managing portion(12) pre-manages the input image. The image converting portion(13) converts the image. The characteristics detecting portion(14) detects characteristics of the input image. The control portion(16) is connected to the output step of the characteristics detecting portion(14) and the key word is input to the control portion(16) from the key word input portion(15). The control portion(16) is connected possible to be output to the database portion(17) and the display portion(19) and possible to be in/output with the similarity calculating portion(18).
