PURPOSE: An oil in water pesticide formulation and a process for preparing the formulation are provided, which comprises an ethylene bisdithiocarbamate fungicide and cymoxanil. CONSTITUTION: The fungicide composition comprises: a) 25-50wt.% of an ethylene bisdithiocarbamate fungicide; b) 1-10wt.% of cymoxanil; c) a buffer comprising 1-5wt.% of an oil soluble acid and 0.5-3wt.% of a water soluble acid; d) 1-5wt.% of a thickener; e) 1-5wt.% of a surfactant; f) 1-5wt.% of a dispersant; e) water; and f) an agronomically acceptable oil; wherein the pH of the composition is from 4 to 6.
