PURPOSE: Provided is a silicone release coating composition maintaining label temporarily not having an effect on adhesive property of the label, which has unwinding property and protects a bilateral self-adhesive tape or a adhesive film. CONSTITUTION: The silicone release coating composition contains a branched siloxane containing at least three aliphatically unsaturated hydrocarbon groups, terminated by units of the formula RaRb2SiO1/2 and otherwise consisting of: i) one or more units of the formula(SiO4/2); ii) from 15 to 995 units of the formula Rb2SiO2/2, wherein the units (i) and (ii) may be inter-linked in any appropriate combination.
