PURPOSE: To provide a synthetic fiber treatment agent and a treatment process for synthetic fiber that can produce false-twisted yarns of high quality without uneven dyeing, as abnormal fluctuation in the yarn tension is inhibited in the running yarn, even in the high-speed false twist yarn processing.
