PURPOSE: An electrode tip assembly of a spot welding machine is provided which has long exchange cycle and extended life span due to excellent cooling effect and longer electrode tip so that it reduces the welding cost. CONSTITUTION: The electrode tip assembly(100) being used for a spot welding comprises: (i) an electrode tip(110) which is adjacent to a spot to be welded to supply high electric current thereto and comprises a hemispheric end part(112), and a tip main body part(114); (ii) a screw part(116) which is formed on a cylindrical outside near the rear end part of the tip main body part; (iii) a shank(120) which is supported by the electrode tip; (iii) a cooling means which is to cool the electrode tip and comprises a cooling water passage(122), a cooling water inlet pipe(124) and a cooling water outlet pipe(126); and (iv) a transferring means which comprises an adapter(130) comprising a shoulder part(132) and an adapter main body part(131), where a warm gear(136) is inserted into a gear hole(135) and the warm gear is in gear with the screw part(116), and transfers the electrode tip in front and rear directions by rotating the warm gear.
