PURPOSE: An impact absorbing damper structure effectively damps an instantaneous pressure increase generated at the lower end of an orifice by absorbing vibration or impact energy generated on running on an uneven road surfaces. CONSTITUTION: A vibration or impact energy generated on running on an uneven road surfaces is firstly absorbed to a spring and oil(3) and relieved. When a vehicle passes through a very rough section of a road, an orifice valve(6) absorbs an impact due to an instantaneous pressure increase generated at the lower end surface of an orifice body(4). If a pressure applied to the orifice valve(6) is higher than a predetermined pressure, a disk spring interposed in the orifice valve(6) rotates upper and lower pads by being elastically opened. Then, the orifice valve(6) effectively absorbs a second impact energy by using the disk spring and the upper and lower pads. Therefore, a ride comfort is improved.
