PURPOSE: A PC tie fixing-member for a stone ballast is provided to disperse the vertical, horizontal dynamic load and vibration generated during travelling of train, so that a rail is easily installed on the PC tie. CONSTITUTION: A fixing member comprises a fixing plate(24), a fastening part(25) and an elongated member(27). The fixing plate disperses the vertical, horizontal pressure force generated during travelling of train. In the fixing plate, a fixing hole is formed vertically. An inserting part(22a) of a clip(22) is inserted into the fixing hole, and presses a flange(20a) of a rail(20). The fastening part is elongated from the bottom of the fixing plate, and buried in a PC tie(21). The elongated member is projected from the borderline between the fixing plate and the fastening part. And the elongated member is placed at the bottom of the flange, and prevents the direct contact of the rail and PC tie, so that the transmission of the impact and vibration, generated during travelling of a train, to the PC tie are prevented.
