PURPOSE: Provided is a process for preparing the natural foam rubber capable of improving the quality of final rubber products by uniformly dispersing loess and charcoal in the rubber. Therefore, the obtained rubber has a good elasticity, a flexibility and a strength, emits far-infrared ray, and can be used for bedclothes such as a pillow, a mat, a cushion or the like. CONSTITUTION: The natural foam rubber is prepared by a process consisting of: mixing 100 parts by weight of natural rubber, 10 to 80 parts by weight of one or more selected from loess and charcoal and a suitable amount of a plasticizer, a foaming agent and a vulcanizing agent; aging the mixture at ordinary temperature for more than 24 hr; and foaming and vulcanizing it at 120 to 150deg.C in a mold. |
