PURPOSE: Disclosed is an apparatus for manufacturing concrete sleeper to improve workability and productivity by executing whole manufacturing process such as mold input of concrete, cure of concrete, output of cured concrete sleeper, moving, uniform input of reinforcing rod with one device. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing concrete sleeper comprises a body(10) to be arranged and bound plural horizontal and vertical supporter(14) in the top layer of movable base plate(12), to be installed guide bar(18) at front left and right vertically; concrete input part(60) to comprise input submaterial to input concrete(C) in mold in lower side of hopper(22) installed in the upper both sides of the body part(10), first guide plate(30) to move up and down along the guide bar(18) in lower side of input submaterial, guide device(50) to guide mold input of concrete by having second guide plate(40) installed in the left and right of the input submaterial; concrete forming part to possess compression device(70) installed in the lower side of the guide device(50) to move horizontally, molding device(90) installed in the upper side of base fixed between both sides fixing block to form concrete(C). The fixing block is connected rotatively by including the axis of revolution to guide housing installed to move vertically along guide bar(18) in the lower side of the compression device(70). |
