PURPOSE: A device for collecting dust for orbital sander is provided to prevent industrial disaster and prevent environmental pollution by promptly recovering powder and dust generated from workpiece, to increase economical efficiency, productivity and reliability by reusing powder. CONSTITUTION: A device for collecting dust for orbital sander includes first casing member(21) and a second casing member(22), a rubber packing(28), and a dust collecting part(29). The first casing member has an outlet(23) for discharging powder generated from the surface of wood and metal to the outside, a semicircular insertion part(24) for easily mounting the first casing member, and a first coupling end(26) having a plurality of coupling holes(26a) for coupling tools. The second casing member has a semicircular insertion hole(25) opposed to the insertion part of the first casing member, a second coupling end(27) opposed to the first coupling end of the first casing member and having a plurality of coupling holes(27a). The rubber packing is mounted between the first and second coupling ends. The dust collecting part collects and discharges powder at a lower end of the casing members.
