PURPOSE: A cyclone dust collecting instrument of a vacuum cleaner is provided to separate dust included in the air efficiently by increasing sucking force and to increase rotary power in a dust collecting case. CONSTITUTION: The cyclone dust collecting instrument(51) of the vacuum cleaner includes a dust collecting case(52), a filter(41), a rotary fan(91), a body case(53), a cover case(31), a connecting portion(61) etc. The filter(41) is installed possible to be rotated coaxially in the dust collecting case(52). The rotary fan(91) rotates the rotary fan(91). The cover case(31) is fixed in an elastic tube and the connecting portion(61) connects the body case(53) and the cover case(31) possible to be clogged and separated. The cover case(31) has an upper cover connected with an elastic tube(5a) of flowing out and a lower cover(35) connected with an elastic tube(5b) of flowing in.
