PURPOSE: Provided is a heat controller in a fumigator for agricultural chemicals which partially rectifies input AC and supplies for a PTC heater so that it switches AC to heat at proper temperature as kinds of agricultural medicines to be fumigated. CONSTITUTION: In the fumigator for the agricultural chemicals which includes a body(20), a storage tank(22), a heating plate(24) and a heater(26), the heat controller in the fumigator for agricultural chemicals comprises the parts of: a partial rectifier which is connected to the heater serially and rectifies AC partially; a switching tool which is connected to the heater and the partial rectifier serially and switches AC; and a generation tool for switching signal which controls switching operation in a switching element.
