DEVICE FOR GUIDING SLIDING OF MOVABLE CORE OF MOLD

PURPOSE: A device for guiding sliding of a movable core of a mold is provided to prevent scratch and abrasion due to contact between a sliding surface of a movable core and a sliding surface of a core hole by always maintaining a prescribed interval between the sliding surfaces. CONSTITUTION: A device for guiding sliding of the movable core of the mold includes a concave hole part(34) and a steel bal(41). The concave hole part is formed inwardly in one of sliding surfaces of a movable core(13) and a core hole. The steel ball is received in the concave hole part in a rotatable manner and contacted to the other sliding surface. The steel ball has a diameter capable of maintaining a prescribed interval between the sliding surface of the movable core and the sliding surface of the core hole.
