PURPOSE: An MP3 down service system and method of buying a song of radio is provided to get MP3 file of song of radio very easily by buying at once a song which is not able to buy due to knowing well where this is being sold. CONSTITUTION: A register device registers a list of song which many MP3 selling company providing MP3 file supply. A song list storing device by each MP3 selling company stores information to restrict relation between MP3 file selling company to be registered at the register device and the song. A radio song monitoring and storing device for the result of monitoring monitors a song of radio to be broadcasted, and registers and stores information about a song and about an MP3 selling company together. A radio song monitoring and MP3 down gating device(110) makes auditor search the results of monitoring, and includes a device connecting to MP3 selling server(102,104,106) which responds on key word which is set up previously and supplies a song which is searched when requesting MP3 down together with the results of response, and is able to be used in a radio song MP3 down service system.
