PURPOSE: A multilayer type boiler apparatus for coal, oil, and gas is provided to improve combustion efficiency and thermal efficiency by passing combustion gas through a long fire pipe for heating water. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer type boiler apparatus for coal, oil, and gas includes a plurality of heat exchangers(1,2,3) accumulated on the upper part of a heat exchanger of the boiler in zigzag, a water supply chamber(40a) and a sewage chamber(40b) communicated between the heat exchangers to communicate water, first and second auxiliary combustion chambers(4,5) mounted at the connecting parts of the heat exchangers, a connection circulation pipe(46) communicating water between heat exchangers, a dry stream chamber(50), a steam supply apparatus, and an exhaust gas purifying apparatus installed on the upper part of the third heat exchanger, wherein the first auxiliary combustion chamber includes a burner(7a) and a blower(6), an input hopper(11c) inputting pulverized coal, and the second auxiliary combustion chamber includes an oxygen injector(8) and a burner(7b).
