<p>PURPOSE: Disclosed is a loading device and sports device for waist using thereof to gain revolving movement load force using damping force gained by controlling flow of inner operation medium and quantity of flow, to execute training of waist and rehabilitation cure by knee bends, swing motion and twist motion of waist part. CONSTITUTION: The sports device for waist comprises a chair body(1) to be assembled and composed of a low bench(10), a back plate(11), a pelvic stand(12), supporting legs(13,14), a handle(15), related frame etc. whole or selectively; back plate(11) to be geared with loading device(2); back plate frame to be geared with loading devide(2) through hinge part(30,36); motion directional separation preventive device(3) to be installed in the back plate frame; controller for lower part of the body to fix the lower part of the body and to be moved together with the lower part of the body. The controller for lower part of the body to be formed with knee rack(42) installed in the tip of lever(41), leg supporter to have foot rack(43) to move backward and forward and to be located in front of low bench(10) and knee rack(42), gearing belt(45) to be geared through revolving roller(452), distance adjuster(46) to adjust distance between foot rack(43) and knee rack(42).</p> |
