PURPOSE: A panel type heating structure for installing interior walls of a school building is provided to carry out the heating of a room in balance by supplying heat from a wall element and prevent the waste of energy by increasing the heating speed of the room by smoothing the convection of heat, wherein the pollution or corrosion of the wall element may be prevented by collecting the water generated by the frosting due to the temperature difference between the atmosphere and a finishing panel at a lower end part of the finishing panel to be naturally evaporated. CONSTITUTION: A panel type heating structure for installing interior walls of a school building includes a heating panel(10) having an electric heat wire(12) arranged to be exposed to the outside of a case-shaped panel(11) made of metal at connection parts of at both ends and a foam type insulation material(13) filled and cured in the panel, and a finishing panel(20) surrounding the surface of the heating panel to be fixed to a passage wall(W) and having a water collecting tray(21A) integrally bended at a lower end and a water collecting structure(21) formed of a water collecting element(21B) formed of a foam type material such as sponge to be received in the water collecting tray for absorbing the water.
