PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing exhaust gas suction during blow of head wind is provided to prevent the cab area from being contaminated by the exhaust gas during vehicle slip. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a first temperature sensor(10) arranged at the front portion of the motor vehicle and which senses the front temperature of the motor vehicle; a second temperature sensor(11) arranged at the rear portion of the motor vehicle and which senses the rear temperature of the motor vehicle; and a shut-off member(1) which operates by the motor operating when the temperature sensed by the second temperature sensor is lower than the temperature sensed by the first temperature sensor, and shuts off a ventilation guide(2) for ventilation between a trunk room(3) and a cab area(4). The shut-of member is arranged as a part of the ventilation guide.
