PURPOSE: To produce a deacetic acid type composition that is excellent in storage stability, physical properties and appearance and has good adhesion to a material of metal aluminum by incorporating an organopolyiloxane, methyltriacetoxysilane or a partially hydrolyzed product thereof and methanol into the composition. CONSTITUTION: An organopolysiloxane A is represented by the formula (wherein R is a monovalent hydrocarbon group; and n is an integer which brings a viscosity at 25 deg.C of an organopolysiloxane to 10-1,000,000 cSt) and is, for example,α,ω-dihydroxy dimethylpolysiloxane. Methyltriacetoxysilane B or a hydrolyzed product thereof is used as a curing agent. In the case where an amount of methanol is too small, the effect of preventing crystallization and the adhesion to metal aluminum become insufficient. The component A and the component B are blended in a ratio of 100 pts.wt.: 2-10 pts.wt. The amount of methanol is added in a ratio of methanol to the component B of 0.01-0.5 pts.wt.: 1 pts.wt. Additionally, an inorganic filler, a condensation catalyst or the like is blended into the composition.
