PURPOSE: A system to output text data corresponding to audio signal is provided to see text data synchronizing with audio signal by recording text data at a surplus space of general CD and outputting it together. CONSTITUTION: A memory(100) stores an audio CD driving program which is inputted from outside. An audio CD(110) has a driving program to drive an audio signal, a text data corresponding to the audio signal, and an audio CD. A key input part(120) inputs a command to drive the audio CD(110) according to user's operation. An audio process part(130) processes a signal which is reproduced from the audio CD(110) corresponding to a control signal which is input from outside. A video process part(140) indicates a menu picture to decide whether the audio CD(110) is operated or not responding on a control signal which is input from outside. A control part(150) judges whether a magic audio CD is or not in case that the audio CD(110) is placed at an audio deck, and controls to store the magic audio CD driving program recorded at CD at the memory in case of the magic audio CD, and then controls a whole system to reproduce and output the audio signal recorded at the audio CD(110) according to the magic audio CD driving program recorded at the memory.
