PURPOSE: To effectively absorb vibration from the outside by constituting a magnetic spring out of at least two permanent magnets, and properly selecting the locus of movement of one of these permanent magnets relative to the other to specify the spring constant. CONSTITUTION: On the upper faces of the inclined bases 12, 14 of a fixed frame 6, for example, bipolar magnets 22, 24 are respectively fixed. A movable frame 8 is provided with bipolar magnets 38, 40 fixed to the inclined parts 36a, 36b formed on both faces of a bracket 36. In this case, the bipolar magnets 22, 24 and the bipolar magnets 38, 40 are arranged in parallel with each other in the condition of opposing the same magnetic poles to each other. In this constitution, according to a load mass fitted to a top plate 34, when the size and the inclination of the respective bipolar magnets are properly selected to set spring constant around an equibrium point to be nearly zero, even if vibration is input to either of the movable frame 8 or the fixed frame 5, the other can hardly receive influence of the input vibration.
