PURPOSE: A parking system for an electric car decreases the size of a parking system by using a synchronizer device and simplifies the structure. CONSTITUTION: A parking system for an electric car comprises a hub gear(4), a sleeve(6), a fixing portion(10), a synchronizer ring(12) and a synchronizer key(14). The hub gear connected with the one side of a driving shaft through a spline rotates simultaneously with the driving shaft. The sleeve(6) engaged with the exterior girth of the hub gear(4) through a spline has a groove towards a circumference girth so that a parking fork connected with a parking lever is inserted. One side of the fixing portion(10) is fixed at one side of a speed reducer case. A spline is formed at the other side of the fixing portion(10) to be connected with the sleeve(6) through a spline. The synchronizer ring(12) inserted into a circular cone formed at the one side of the fixing portion(10) generates a frictional force. The synchronizer key(14) inserted between the sleeve(6) and the hub gear(4) makes the sleeve(6) move at more than certain pressure by giving a pressure to the sleeve(6). Therefore, the parking system makes a structure simple and a size small and parking more comfortable.
