PURPOSE: A hydraulic molding apparatus is provided, in which a local molding unit is employed, to thereby allow the board plank having a partially extremely curved portion or groove to be molded with a high precision. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a press table(1); a lower mold(2) having a binder arranged at the upper portion of the lower mold so as to support a board plank(3); an upper mold(4) having a liquid inlet port(5); a board plank molding unit(10) having a convex-concave for molding the board plank; and a local molding punch(8) arranged to penetrate the upper mold so as to press the portion of the board plank which is elongated at the board plank molding unit by the pressure of the liquid.
