PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a start injection mold is provided to easily manufacture the start injection mold used for checking style, performance and productivity of products after a design of a new model product is finished. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing the start injection mold includes performing an NC(Numerical Control) process to a lower mold(20) to form a lower mold surface(23) on an upper surface, adhering sheet wax(25) on an upper portion of the lower mold surface in a prescribed thickness, manufacturing an upper frame in the same size as the lower mold and coating parting agent and gel coating resin(15), mixing silica sand and resin and injecting to the upper frame, on which gel coating resin is coated, and hardening the mixture injected to the frame for 24 hours.
