PURPOSE: To obtain a therapeutic drug for treating and preventing osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease and chest cancer. CONSTITUTION: A therapeutic drug is a therapeutic drug for treating and preventing osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease and chest cancer without giving influence in the action of warfarin or propranolol on human patients who receive therapy by warfarin or propranolol and contains a pharmaceutically effective amount of estrogen agonist. It is desirable that the estrogen agonist is rasofoxifene { (-) cis,6-phenyl-5- £ 4-(2pyrrolidin-1-yl-ethoxy)phenyl | -5,6,7,8,- tetrahydronaphthalen-2-ol } or droloxifene.
