APPARATUS FOR REMOVING PHOTOSENSITIVE BELT OF ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTER AND METHOD FOR REMOVING PHOTOSENSITIVE BELT BY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing a photosensitive belt of an electrophotographic printer and a method for removing a photosensitive belt by using the same are provided to easily and promptly remove the photosensitive belt. CONSTITUTION: A belt cutting element is installed within a printer for cutting a photosensitive belt mounted at a belt unit in an endless track state, in width direction. A filter cartridge(200) is installed adjacent to the belt unit and filters floating matters of the inner air of the printer. An auxiliary housing(210) is installed at one side of the filter cartridge. A revolver(220) is rotatably installed within the auxiliary housing(210) and forms a through slot for inserting a front end part of the cut photosensitive belt. An advancing element guides the front end part of the photosensitive belt into the inside of the auxiliary housing for advancing the photosensitive belt into the through slot of the revolver. A driving element rotates the revolver to wind the photosensitive belt.
