PURPOSE: A method for forming a pressedly formed product is provided to enable accurate and high qualified printing, improve the productivity, reduce the processing cost, and maintain lovely design and excellent quality when producing synthetic resin members. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a pressedly formed product includes the steps of supplying a plate type first formation member(50) to a leading part, heating the first formation member by using infrared rays or a general heat transfer element in a preheating part, putting the first formation member on a work rest in a forming part, supplying a second formation member(301) between the first formation member and a cover mold(311), lifting a movable base mold(321) to the fixed cover mold for sealing the space between the cover mold and the base mold, radiating an ion beam to the first and second formation members within the sealed space, applying pressure more than 50bar to the sealed space for pressedly forming the formation member, cutting the formed materials in size of a predetermined product, and extracting the cut product through an extracting part.
