PURPOSE: A server system having a personal information change function using the internet and a method thereof are provided to reduce expenses of a company side generated from managing inaccurate personal information by easily transmitting personal information changed to companies related to each person. CONSTITUTION: A server system(30) includes a personal information input unit(32), a personal information transmission unit(34), a confirmation information input unit(36) and a confirmation information transmission unit(38). The personal input unit(32) receives identification information of a person from a person(20) through the internet. The personal information transmission unit(34) accesses to a personal information management system or a personal information reception system through the personal information input unit(32). The confirmation information input unit(36) receives confirmation messages from a company(40) selected. The confirmation information transmission unit(38) transmits the confirmation messages inputted from the confirmation information input unit(36) to each person.
