PURPOSE: Provided is a high strong pallet for loading and transferring goods, which comprises a plate made of waste paper and corrugated cardboard and supporting racks made of the waste paper and fixed to the plate. CONSTITUTION: The pallet is produced by a process comprising the steps of: forming outer circle/inner circle cutting grooves in regular intervals on the plate(10), wherein the thickness of the groove is two-thirds of the plate(10); forming circular grooves(12) by compressing the space between the outer circle and the inner circle; spreading an adhesive(13) on the depressed circular grooves(12); inserting the cylindrical racks(14) into the circular grooves(12); putting metal rims(14a) on the circumference of the lower racks(14).
