PURPOSE: A rubber surface treating agent for preventing the adhesion of a rubber sheet is provided, to treat the surface by using the chlorine gas generated when chlorate is degraded, thereby minimizing the generation of chlorine gas. CONSTITUTION: The rubber surface treating agent comprises 2-10 parts by weight of chlorate; 0.1-5 wt% of a nonionic surfactant; 0.1-5 wt% of an anionic surfactant; and 0.1-5 wt% of sodium chlorate as a stabilizing agent. Preferably the chlorate is selected from sodium chlorate, sodium hypochlorate, potassium chlorate, potassium hypochlorate, lithium chlorate, lithium hypochlorate, and their mixtures; the nonionic surfactant is selected from fatty acid polyoxyethylene derivatives, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene derivative, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene derivatives, alkylamine polyoxyethylene derivatives, twine, spandex and their mixtures; and the anionic surfactant is selected from alkylbenzene sulfonate, alkyl sulfonate, salts of fatty acid of high molecular weight, naphthalene sulfonate and their mixtures. |
