PURPOSE: To sufficiently decrease deviation of the supporting center of a green tire when it is carried into a vulcanizing machine. CONSTITUTION: When a green tire 4 is carried into a mold of a vulcanizing machine 1 in a vulcanization process and it is vulcanization-molded after the green tire 4 is molded on a bladder 20 in a molding process, from the time when the green tire 4 is molded to the time when it is carried into the mold of the vulcanizing machine 1, while the top bead part 4c' and the bottom bead part 4c of the green tire 4 are held by means of the bladder 20 held under a hermetic condition by means of a top ring 19 and a bottom ring 12, they are connected with each other and are fixed together and compressed gas is fed into the bladder 20 positioned in the inner space of the green tire 4 and it is expanded.
