PURPOSE: A heat insulation cover used for covering a greenhouse by inserting nonwoven fabric between vinyls to form a heat insulation layer is provided, which is light in weight, easy to treat, takes up small space and reduces the open-and-shut time of the cover. CONSTITUTION: In a multilayered heat insulation cover formed with a heat insulation layer by inserting nonwoven fabric(3) or cashmere between vinyls(1) to improve heat insulation effect, this heat insulation cover is prepared by making an attachment hole(4) on both sides and in the center of nonwoven fabric, removing nonwoven fabric and fusion-bonding both exterior vinyls(1)(2) to the attachment hole.
