PURPOSE: A method for citing transforming inherent registration number or character string of a representative field in database into specific domain address of Internet, and a method for utilizing the same are provided to ascertain a delivery and content and to reduce a delivery incident and term by transmitting information in the form of electric mail. CONSTITUTION: Data is classified into each field of a database(1). Each representative field(2) of the database(1) is composed of an inherent registration number or character string(3) is used for or transformed into a specific domain address(4) of Internet. The specific domain address(4) is registered. Specific field data(5) of the database(1) or processed data(6) is transformed into an electronic mail(7). The electronic mail(7) is transmitted to a recipient(9) having the specific domain address(4).
